Hey! I'm Amie.
My passion for photography began over 20 years ago (I can't believe how fast time has flown!) when my parents gifted me my first camera at just 8 years old. From there, I started capturing the action at horse events and fun photos of my friends and their horses. I then started entering my work in our local Ag Show (Did you know I'm originally from a little town called Warialda in North-West NSW?). I can still remember walking through the pavilion with my Nan, searching for my entries and proudly admiring the awards I had won. One year, a judge told Nan that my work was beautiful and that I had a real gift with a camera. Those words have stayed with me ever since. And the rest, as they say, is history.
Growing up on a farm, I was always outside, from sunrise to sunset. There was always something to capture—whether it was our horses, the dogs, the expansive landscape, or the ebb and flow of the seasons. I spent hours photographing everything around me—from the vibrant soil and crops to the rustic charm of a barbed wire fence.
Today, I’m still driven by a deep love for capturing the rural lifestyle (and of course horses), finding beauty in the everyday moments, and highlighting the often-overlooked details that make life so special. However since becoming a mum, I've developed an even greater appreciation for the fleeting moments of motherhood— how quickly babies grow, how fast time passes, and how important it is to celebrate every milestone. All of the things I feel compelled to capture.
I often wish I had beautiful newborn photos of my daughters or the chance to have an extended family session with all my nearest and dearest. But now, I have the privilege of creating those memories for you.
What I love most about photography is its power to tell a story and create images you can feel. Every image becomes a timeless keepsake—heartfelt moments frozen in time that can be cherished, displayed on your walls, and passed down through generations.
